Urban

The Urban programme examines why there is uneven economic activity across cities and regions, looking at transport infrastructure, the lessons we can learn from history, and spatial disparities.

One of the ways to understand inequality between regions and cities is to understand why some are more productive than others. CEP researchers then help to formulate the appropriate policy responses.
